so what's up with everybody saying the mona lisa is a lot smaller than they thought? after speaking with many ppl about it, before we saw it, we had assumed it was a 8.5 x 11 portrait, instead it's like 4x that size and despite knowing how anti-climatic it may be once we feasted our eyes on it, it really was quite a site to behold. we spent a good half hr taking it in, enjoying the moment, of course this was amongst all the elbow and bum pushing b/c so many ppl were there.
her eyes really do follow you all around. like a ghost. or just an incredibly great piece of art work.
