broke my number 1 vacation rule. never eat at mcdonalds!!!!!ahhhh i am so ashamed i don't deserve to travel... haha jk. no really, but we did go to mcdonalds AFTER we had a fantastic meal at strada, an italian restaurant. alexxi had a 2 for 1, so we used that. i love how you don't have to tip in london, well at least you won't get harassed and chased after if you don't. it's just not expected here and sometimes they do add a service charge, but that's only in some places. anyway, we wanted dessert, but didn't want to pay the 5 quid for something that could be very well just so-so, so instead alexxi says he wants a mcflurry from mcdonalds. i groan and moan, but i eventually given in. i mean he does have a point, spending 5 quid on a nahhh dessert can definitely ruin the night, so we walked to mcdonalds on regent street and had the york (or something named like that) mcflurry. apparently, this york chocolate bar's slogan is anti-female, a chocolate bar only for men, something along those lines, and w/ a logo of the female sign w/ an x over it!! how sexist, yet funny at the same time.
omg my mcflurry was soooo good. i'm still bothered that i went to mcdonalds, but the sugary, chocolatey, CHEAP, yumminess has made up for all of that!
