was spent in trafalger square, national portraits gallery, lunch at the lamb and flag pub, watching germany vs serbia game in a diff pub surrounded by german fans, a walk thru covent gardens, one last (pistachio) macaroon from paul's, some shopping at oasis, a walk thru hyde park, a walk down tower bridge, a quick visit at the design museum, a break-neck jaunt back to central london to look for something at spitelfields for mum, and finally a wonderful send off dinner at tayyabs, a pakistanian restaurant in east london w/ alexxi, clare, ann and lou....
holy crap i did a lot, no wonder i was well tired by the end of the night!!
