ok so i'm not squeamish, but i saw all sorts of sea creatures organized in little containers in prep to become seafood. apparently, customers will point out the seafood they want, how it'll be prepared and then like 20 mins later, voila. lunch.
on a positive note, it was nice to see all sorts of different seafood, most of them expensive in vancouver, but apparently cheap in hk. mm and they were alive.. in front of me.. ready to be eaten... bleh
